1. 라이브러리 다운로드
    - http://www.xmission.com/~nate/glut.html

2. 컴파일러 환경 설정
    - glut.h  헤더파일 위치 알려주기
    - glut.lib 라이브러리 파일 위치 알려주기
    - glut.dll 파일 시스템 폴더에 등록

    - 휠마우스 처리 콜백함수가 없으니 freeGLUT 또는 glfw 사용을 권합니다.
